This project was completed in July 2008 and offers a variety of homes to choose from. Nicknamed ''Petrina'', which means 'of stone' in Greek, it consists of 15 homes of various sizes including 1-story apartments and 2-story villas in spanning five buildings.
These homes are located just 100 metres from Golden Beach in the heart of Skala Potamia, Thassos. From the balconies and the gardens there are some wonderful panoramic views of the Golden Beach Bay and the surrounding mountains covered in pine trees and olive groves. This project is just 100 metres from the heart of Skala Potamia's town center where there are many shops, restaurants and nightlife.
The materials used for this project are excellent quality. All of the wood and stone materials were not imported to Thassos but are actually from the island.
